"Hi everyone,
The Caregiver Connect team and I are excited to report on the outcome of a recent feature pilot in the app called “Looking for more work”. This feature test involved showing caregivers a screen with the messaging, “Are you looking for more work?”. Caregivers who select “yes” are prompted to specify types of shifts they would like and staffing teams are sent a report on the outcomes, so they can follow up with these caregivers and book more shifts. We are proud to report that the initial pilot was a success, caregivers engaged with the prompt and more shifts were filled. **Because of this, we intend to expand the pilot to ALL regions starting next Thursday, November 17th.** Please look out for an email from Tori with logistical details on this rollout and read on below for a glimpse into the Mountain region’s results, which gives a good snapshot of the experience of the initial pilot offices.
Mountain Region Results:
* Caregivers who selected “Yes”: 160
* Caregivers who selected “No”: 213
* Responses w/ shift preference: 42
* **Booked shifts from follow-up: 22**
Thanks to the Mountain, Bay Area, DC Metro, Pacific NW, SW Florida, and Texas teams for testing out this new feature in their regions, following up with the caregivers who engaged, and booking more shifts with their own caregiver pool! We hope this new feature helps bolster back and forth feedback and communication with your caregivers.
**NEEDED FROM YOU before the 17th:** Amy Freeman will be managing automatic reports sent to teams on which caregivers indicated an interest in more work and which types of shifts they prefer so you can easily follow up and book more work. She will be using the region's staffing distro lists as a default (example: [dcstaffing@thekey.com](mailto:dcstaffing@thekey.com)). **Please send her which email group you prefer to use.** If you know your list to be out of date, please update it with IT. Amy can add contacts to receive reports directly, but there is a low contact limit in the reporting tool so updating the staffing distro email is greatly preferred. We greatly appreciate your assistance ensuring the correct people receive the reports. Also, often the reports can be sent to spam, so please make sure your team checks junk/spam if they didn’t get it.
As mentioned above, on Tuesday, November 15th, Tori will be notifying teams of the details about the rollout by email, updating on the announcements call and posting reminders in the Caregiver Connect App Workplace group. The team will also be holding office hours next week to review the new feature and answer any questions for those interested.
