Hi Timon, Kristal & Amrita,

As per Tim's directives during my sales coaching call to shift my focus to
Business Development, can you please have the below completed?

   - Inputting assessment notes for Cindy Osselton. I will send a separate
   email with assessment notes. *Completed prior to SOC which is tomorrow
   evening or Thursday.*
   - Inputting care plan for Cindy Osselton. *Completed prior to SOC which
   is tomorrow evening or Thursday.*
   - Inputting care plan for Barbara Keppy. The call for care with her came
   in while I was away, but I noticed it was missing a care plan. *Completed
   prior to Thursday which is the next shift.*
   - Updating BG care plans (mostly completed, but need to be edited and
   add any new care needed) *Completed ASAP to prevent service failures.*
   - Updating Tom Walker's care plan *Completed ASAP as we have had recent
   service failures.*
