Hi Dennis,

We are experiencing challenges with applicants changing their availability
immediately after orientation. Furthermore, many applicants with open
availability lack the required experience in dementia and personal care. We
are currently focused on hiring one to three caregivers for the 3:00 PM –
11:00 PM shift and staffing for a Punjabi-speaking client.
