Regarding the revenue slide in Cleveland:
We lost two 24/7 clients who passed away, and a 30-hour VA client went on
an extended vacation. Additionally, we only had one new start during
January and February.
Regarding staffing, Lisa Marcoguissepe, HCL, was terminated at 9:30 AM
today. I will work with recruiting to find a replacement immediately.
