SATISFACTION WIN BACK CAMPAIGN OPENS WEEK FOUR
AT IMPRESSIVE 97% VISITS COMPLETED
The Satisfaction Win Back Campaign cruised into Week Four reporting an
impressive 97% of its elephant and turtle client visits scheduled. At this
clip, the campaign is well ahead of goal for the six-week push with clear
momentum in regions across the U.S. and Canada.
On Day 22, kudos are extended to Regional Client Success Manager Christa
Chalfa for sharing today’s heartwarming story about Chester, a 105 years
young male from Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Chester has a lifetime
value of over $670,200 and has been with TheKey for 8 years. His Client
Success Manager is Isabel Herrbrich who partners with an amazingly talented
team of other Success Managers in Chester’s care including: Ama Danesei,
Liz Gonzalez, Janette Garcia, Lenda Smith, Alejandra Aparicio, Jenon
Redmond.
Chester will be 106 years young in August. He receives care services every
day, including weekends and holidays. Adoring of his three fantastic
Caregivers: Mayra, Lanie, and Serry, he has a fun-loving spirit and is
always interested in an outdoors adventure. In his wheelchair, Chester goes
on local excursions with one of his Caregivers every day. They go via
transport van to the Palos Verdes Peninsula for the incredible ocean views,
to the Lighthouse, Public Library, Point Vicente Interpretive Center, and
local botanical garden. When recently asked how he feels about his
Caregivers, he smiled and blew a kiss.
Chester lives alone, and his daughter lives a few minutes away to help
support his care. He considers TheKey care team to be part of his family,
and when the office had a storefront in the area, Chester attended all of
the Christmas parties. Everyone looks forward to celebrating his milestone
birthday with him later this year. What a wonderful life partnership!

Regional teams have now scheduled 3315 of 3641 client visits, and 97% have
been completed. Of these, 93% report they are happy with TheKey’s services,
and 7% identified an issue of concern, which teams are diligently working
to rectify using the “fast track issue escalation” model.
