Since the general managers handed over billing / AR tracking to Ali last
year, we were relying on him to bring these matters forward. There was not
a consistent approach across all markets.

No worries,



I'll be honest, I feel like we don't have a button up process for this as
there are so many exceptions. Ideally it should be as follows:



Unless alternative payment terms have been granted, a client who is over 14
days should receive a warning that services will be suspended. If no
payment is made at the 21 day mark then services should be cut off.
