Announcement: Melissa Reyes Promoted to President of Client Services

Team,

I am excited to announce an important leadership development within our
organization: the promotion of Melissa Reyes to the newly created position
of President of Client Services.

Melissa’s journey with us as Division President has been one marked by her
unwavering dedication to our clients, employees, and the families we serve.
Over the past several weeks, as I have had the privilege of working closely
with Melissa, it has become abundantly clear that her extensive industry
experience, the profound respect she has earned from leaders across our
organization, and her genuine passion for both employee and client care
make her the ideal choice for this role.

In her new capacity, Melissa will oversee our field operations across the
East Division, West Division, and Canada, ensuring a unified and
strengthened approach to delivering exceptional client care. To support
this structure, the Regional Directors of Operations, Directors of Division
Operations, and Director of the GCM Division will now report directly to
Melissa. With this structural shift, we have made the decision to eliminate
the position of Division President, consolidating these regions under
Melissa’s leadership.

This new role and the resulting structure not only will foster greater
unity among our field teams, but make it easier to build alignment and
collaboration between all parts of our business.  Furthermore, it will
provide our talented regional directors with the ability to take a broader
role in the organization and drive strategic initiatives to move us forward
faster.
