If it is the Winnipeg Client Inquiry group, you can access the voicemail.     Dial 500 from your 8x8 app  Enter 590000# when prompted for ring group extension number  Enter 134679# when prompted for the passcode     From there, you will hear the typical voicemail menu prompts.  Follow the prompts to review/delete voicemail.  Do you know what specific groups are full?  Unfortunately, 8x8 does not allow us the level of access to the back-end database that might show us these stats.  Otherwise, the basic process of manually accessing/maintaining a ring group voicemail is:

 -  Dial 500 from your 8x8 mobile or PC app
 -  When prompted, enter the extension number of the ring group and press #
 -  Enter the passcode of the ring group and press #
 -  At this point there will be audible options that will guide you through maintenance options available

 If you can identify the specific ring group(s) affected, I can get you the appropriate extension number for the group and reset the passcode so your folks can gain access.

 I've reviewed all the calls for Canada from last week and called out the care inquiries in red. Please review. I like the extra column you added!

 A few in particular that I wanted to call out:

  Montreal

 caller 780-919-4103 left a voicemail and was looking for care. Did someone call him back?
 caller 514-244-7667 - Is the weekend answering service not allowed to transfer callers to the team? We can a call for someone who needed overnight care immediately and we lost the business because no one could talk to him that day. If so, I think we should consider running just a M-F schedule.
 Caller 514-695-4961 is looking for 20 hours a week but got the on call. Did they get sent to the team?
 someone put a green thumb next to caregiver calls so that should get removed.

 604-589-4843 left a voicemail for care. Did they get called back?
