Hello Regional and General Managers,

We are excited to announce the upcoming rollout of Caribou, our new
caregiver engagement platform, launching March 24th across all Canadian
locations.

In preparation, we will be hosting training sessions to ensure everyone is
equipped to use the platform effectively. There will be:

   -

   1 session for Regional and General Managers (mandatory to attend) on
   Monday, 3/16/2026
   -

   1 session options for Caregiver Managers (mandatory) on Wednesday,
   3/18/2026
   -

      Regional Director & Regional/General Managers will be added as
      optional.

During your session, we’ll review:

   How Caribou works:

      Caregiver Rewards
      -

      Caregiver Referrals
      -

      Point Distribution
      -

   Key workflows and processes
   -

   Access requirements for your teams

Training materials, FAQs and office flyers will be provided afterward for

important rollout!
