Hi Gerri and Tim,

 

If the local office is comparing Total Revenue using the Gross Profit Summary vs. NetSuite / Planful, the discrepancy might be coming from the Cheque Emploi credits billed in NetSuite but not visible on that CC report.

 

Total December 25’ Cheque Emploi credits reducing NetSuite revenue: $19,226.76.

Hi Geri,

 

Could you please help me track down a revenue discrepancy for our Montreal office in December. 

 

We're seeing a $16K USD difference between Clearcare and Planful which is impacting the team's ability to hit a significant bonus for the month. Most offices see 2-4K in discrepancy so this seems to be an outlier. 

 

Any insights would be appreciated
