Following up here with some action items for after the holiday. Can you
please complete the following next week? These will be pre-reqs for going
live as TheKey. I'm working to outline a list of open items for Ken and it
would streamline it if these were completed or in progress:
1. email IT support to make the distro lists
2. input a request for the Halifax location in the request form

3. review your postal codes for Halifax/your locations with the rev ops
team (cc'd), as they are in charge of updating the zip codes/postal codes
in Salesforce
4. Submit a Salesforce support ticket for Aaron to review the users and
referral accounts in Salesforce to make sure they are set up properly
Separately, I've included Sydney in this email thread since I have in my
notes that you're working with her on Clearcare.
Sydney - we're trying to outline the Canadian clearcare locations to match
with the Canadian offices but we only see one Clearcare location. Would you
be the right person to meet with to talk through separating the Canadian
clearcare locations into multiple? We are working on a launch list for
TheKey Canada and having a Clearcare location to match with each location
we want on the website is a prerequisite because the postal codes match to
clearcare locations which then match to Salesforce locations.
