Hi Laszlo,

I will make the necessary notations on the account. There is no payment
method on file in Versapay. Also, please let us know if payment terms
should stay Net 2 or if we should extend them a little. As of today, the
account balance is $8,250.00 and the oldest open invoice is now at 16 days
overdue.

Hi Lasz!

I recently had the opportunity to discuss this matter with our new GM in
Columbus, so I apologize for the slightly unconventional timing of this
request.

We have a VIP client in our Columbus, OH market, Jane Cohodes. We
previously provided care for her mother until her passing, and Jane’s
court-appointed guardian, an attorney, is also a referral source for
TheKey. Jane has a $40 million inheritance held in a trust, and her
attorney must submit invoices to the court for approval prior to payment.

I have confirmed with Elizabeth that the attorney successfully logged into
Verapay and paid the outstanding invoices for Jane's mother, which assures
me that once court approval is granted, he will follow the same process for
Jane's current balance.  This makes it impossible for him to sign up for
auto-pay.

Given these circumstances, I am requesting approval for this client to not
have auto-pay.
