Hello team,
We are so very excited to partner with TimeSlips.org (https://www.timeslips.org/) . Below is the timeline we've completed for our TimeSlips initiative, and we're now hitting the field!

As we round out the end of 2023 and are now fully trained and ready to hit the field with TimeSlips, the goal from Sales Leadership is to host your first TimeSlips session by the end of the year.

Early Days wins from TimeSlips:
Highlighting a few HCL's with wins already with our TimeSlips initiative and strategy.
Patti Raco-Treamer: with 2 (pending 3) TS booked to start in January and one for December. Killing it!
Kevin Symes: Booked with his top CCRC and is starting right after Thanksgiving! Love to see it!
Lilian Ciesco: 3 communities booked!

Timeline and Due Dates of Q1 2024 SAP.
Week of 11/20 - 11/24: All HCLs to complete a review of current SAP performance and use the checkbox for the completion of all "Actions 1, 2, 3" that were completed on your Q4 SAP Plan in Salesforce. HCLs to start thinking through any necessary adjustments/strategies that may be advantageous for the coming quarter.
Weeks of 11/27 - 12/8: All HCLs to attend a meeting with their Director of Strategy and Growth and Regional Director of Operations (separate from regular scheduled coaching calls) to review SAP Account Workbooks and align on top 20 accounts for Q1. Meeting invites will be sent by Directors of Strategy & Growth. HCLs can start submitting Q1 SAPs in Salesforce after these meetings.
Weeks of 12/11 - 12/22: HCLs to complete SAP submissions for each of their top 20 accounts. Use the "Submit for Approval" button to send each of the 20 SAP's to your Sales Leader for review.
HCL DUE DATE: Friday 12/22: HCLs to submit all Q1 Top 20 SAP's for approval in Salesforce by EOD. **Please note— this is one week prior to the start of the new quarter**
Week of 12/25 - 12/29: DSGs to review SAP submissions in Salesforce and work through any adjustments needed with their HCLs.
DSG DUE DATE: Friday 12/29: DSGs to approve all Q1 SAP's by EOD.
