It is a much more lengthy process than anticipated and my team is
definitely struggling with it. Adjusting shifts that overlap, issues with
prorated shifts for live ins even though they were not prorated prior to
finalizing the shifts, issues with couples pay rates, etc. It took about 6
hours for Long Island payroll yesterday and it is not a huge office. It is
taking up time for other things like onboarding new CGs. We had to push
off onboarding 3 new people yesterday because of the time it took to get
payroll complete.
