Hello Andy then Go to Business settings in the amazon.ca account
On the far right you should see account admins and then in blue under your email you should see “add an admin”
Can you click that then invite this email abps-admin+thekeycadrev@amazon.com<mailto:abps-admin+thekeycadrev@amazon.com> and let me know once sent so I can start the config prior to Mondays call?

I am starting to get a little irritated.  If the lower-level tech support at Amazon Canada is unable to resolve this issue or provide a direction on how I can be of help, then the issue needs to be escalated.  The current trial and error approach is unacceptable.
