Good Morning Chuck,
I am going to start a new excel sheet to track any bonuses, giftcards, etc
that I buy to gift caregivers.
I will create one sheet and add a Winnipeg and Calgary page so it's easier
to keep track of this.
I'll send out an email to the team letting them know, whenever a bonus is
needed or a gift card needs to be sent to let me know in an email and I
shall send out the card and add it into the giftcard track sheet.
PS: I think we should send out $5.00 gift cards and a personalized card on
birthdays for any caregiver who has worked with our organization for more
than 1 year.. Please let me know your thoughts.
