For the shifts in red, we will find out the missing PO #'s tomorrow as the
nurse we normally deal with was off sick today.
2. Client Diana Gaty is tax-exempt as she is receiving medical services. We
just found that out this week. She did receive care last billing period as
well (April 5th to 7th). Can we reimburse her on the taxes for those 3
shifts.
3. New SOC: Martin Gross and Sonia Roberts. We have the consent forms and
PADs in our office. I was supposed to go there today and upload them but
had a last-minute emergency. They will be entered tomorrow in ClearCare as
well as a copy will be sent to billing team.
4. Client Stavroula Andiari was never on Cheques Emploie (the family moved
and did not notify anyone). @Stephanie Fuston
<stephanie.fuston@thekey.com> emailed
the client an invoice for all the credits we issued them from March 19th to
April 7th, 2024. I just wanted to confirm going forward they will be
charged the full amount for services.
