It’s because the art as it was sent to me was scaled to be as wide as possible, so it’s not very tall. If we removed the small text and just used The Key logo, it would be a bit taller and more visible. Does that make sense?

Everything is meeting our imprint requirements but there is one issue, the "TM" and "TheKey.ca (line) In-Home Care" is not converted to outlines. It is picking a random font, which is different than the original art. This will all need converted to outlines, so it is true to your artwork.

See the image below, I placed a snippet of the way it is supposed to look, below what we are receiving (red outline).
