My final day working for TheKey will be* December 22nd 2023 *as I have
accepted another Job offer at another company

I have my Surgery tomorrow and I will use the remaining 4 sick days I have
to recover next week.

I also have 7 Vacation Days left I have not used, unpaid expenses, Lieu
days, and November and December's Bonus' that need to be paid out.

I have loved my job here with all of my clients and my team, this is a very
hard decision to make but at this time, it is what is best for my family.

Thank you for being excellent leaders, teachers and mentors. I will be
forever grateful I had the opportunity to work with you, learn from you and
grow as a Care Manager and a Person.

I hope you both understand.
