Thank you for sharing this information! Iā€™m looping in Lori and the Canada Payroll team, as my understanding is that they manage the Cheque Emploi sheet.

 

As a reminder, the Billing team does not handle the creation of the CLSC/Cheque Emploi Montreal calculation sheet. Moving forward, billing will ensure that the clients listed on the master sheet are verified with the current week during our billing audit process.

Hello Kristy, 

 

Please note there are various issues regarding the Montreal CLSC sheet. Firstly , usually the CLSC sheet is on a week by week basis but someone made a mistake this week and put the dates as a two week period. Secondly, last week I wrote billing and payroll to add the new clients to the weekly sheet  (I added the information on the master sheet so they can copy and paste the new information weekly) . My email was acknowledged and I was told they would add the new clients going forward  on a week by week basis. I just looked at the current week and the new clients on the CLSC master sheet were NOT added to this week's period. 

These mistakes might be missed by myself or Nikita which in turn will end up affecting our clients and caregivers. Please whoever handles the sheet on the billing and payroll side must triple check that all information is correct so on Monday morning Nikita and myself can input the proper information.
