Review and signature-Next steps Projet 4 PF

Thank you for your reply. Chantal will apply the changes accordingly in the Project 4 PF and we will send it your way for your approval.

We now must plan further for the signatures to meet our deadline:
French Committee
As you know, the French Committee will need to assess/approve the Projet 4 PF and to sign it. Chantal sees 2 options:

  1.  A Zoom meeting with the CF on the Feb. 17th: Do you think it would be possible to plan a rush meeting on the 17th and process to DocuSign afterward?
  2.  Circulating an e-mail with the project attached by the 14th explaining that, by lack of time, it is impossible to mobilize the Committee. This e-mail would show the changes done in the Project. The DocuSign process would follow the 17th.

Chantal is concern about summary for you to present to your attorney since you already have all that you need.    She is very cautious about clients budget restrictions and needs.

1-The main concern is the 46.1 section where, basically, the Office asks you to hire French speaker to speak in French and work in French to your clients and to reduce the number of anglophone you hire and or request to work in English.
2-The second one concerns the care notes in ClearCare asking you to enter them all in French and in English, meaning to translate them all for entry.
3-The third is in regard of the knowledge of French to force your employees to take French lesson when this is her interpretation of the law not the law the same as using the French documents only to conduct their work which is not what the law is asking.
And so many that are listed in your program…. i.e. blocking IT English version to generalize the use of French software only.

In conclusion, everything we address in the letter is a major concern for TeKey because you cannot generalize the use of French, the majority of your clients being anglophone. Unless you want to force your clients to be served in French by a French caregiver. To help you discuss the issue, I highlighted section of the letter specifically pointing to the 3 points showed here so you will have the reply recommends by Chantal. I also join the Projet 3 PF annotated by Mrs. Bélanger that you already have so you can have access to what have been stated so far.

In waiting for your comebacks after your meeting with the legal team so we can continue/readjust the work on the PF Projet 4.

I've reviewed the letter. Although I agree with your comments I do feel that the tone of the email is quite heavy handed. Is that your intention?

I feel it's prudent that I review this with our legal team to ensure we're all aligned before moving forward. I have a call with them tomorrow at Noon.
