Hi Sean,

This really should be filled out by Madonna as I don't have all this
information. I had nothing to do with the new lease or the negotiations and
I also don't have contact with the landlord to answer any of the questions
regarding the actual building. Madonna, if you want to put me in touch with
the landlord I can ask these questions and hopefully get you some answers
but looking at this sheet I can answer maybe two questions currently.
