Hi Lucie, we have not received an update from the OQLF, either by mail or email. I will try my best to get that material to you early next week. I'm completely overloaded in meetings this week.

We recently noticed on the OQLF website that an OQLF board meeting took place on February 20th which means that it is possible that your Francization Program may have been presented to this meeting. Could you check with your team if you received by mail an official letter signed by the lawyer of the OQLF confirming the approval of your Francization Program by mail along with your attestation Francization Program?


If you have not received attestation Francization Program, we will need then to do a follow-up with Mrs. Bélanger requesting why and when our file will be presented since our compliance letter (lettre de conformité) will come to an end on March 31st.


As March 31st will come soon enough, I will wait for your comeback on those matters as soon as possible.
