Thank you! Looks like non-payroll related payables have been under $200k
each month, with the exception of April when there was a $500,050 wire made
on 4/3. What's the story behind that?

I'm thinking a transfer of $1.65M CAD by next Tuesday, which should leave
you with ~$400k in the bank, is reasonable. Let me know if you see
otherwise or have any concerns.
