I have a few questions about the on call. Can our answer wait until we talk
on Wednesday?
OT fluctuated after a few tough weeks of high weekend call offs. We don’t
have enough caregivers that work weekends which drives the OT gap. We’ve
been working to address this with recruiting for a long time. We just had a
call with Analissa last week where this was brought up again. Once they
hire a new recruiter for us we expect (or hope) it will be fixed.
