Tim suggested I reach out to you regarding a concerning trend we’re
experiencing with our web leads. Across all our Canadian locations, the GMs
have reported a significant decline in web leads, which has deviated from
our usual patterns.
At our location specifically, we typically receive 3–7 leads per week.
However, we have not received a single web lead in the past 12 days. This
trend appears consistent across all locations, including Toronto, Winnipeg,
Vancouver and Calgary.
This drop is particularly alarming as it coincides with a period when we
historically see an uptick in activity. So far this month, we have received
only seven leads in total, which is a notable deviation from our norms and
raises concerns about our paid search performance.
I am bringing this to your attention in case it warrants further
investigation or adjustments to the current strategy. Please let me know if
you can provide any insight into this trend or if additional information
from my end would be helpful.
