For discussions with the Ontario Ministry we will require a completed authorization for this account (Arya Healthy Living Inc) which is separate than the Orofresh Enterprises account in BC which we had previously requested authorizations. We were notified that the Ministry was unable to process the Orofresh Enterprises authorization (see attached) request as they could not find Gerri’s name as the authorized signing authority.
Could you please confirm who would be the authorized individual on the Arya Healthy Living account and we can prepare an authorization for signature accordingly and submit to the Ministry of Finance?

I will defer to George in our Indirect Tax practice, who works with Employer Health Tax.
Based on Ashley’s email attached, for discussions with the Ontario Ministry, we require a completed authorization for Arya Healthy Living. George – we should now have CRA access for Arya, but not Ontario Ministry specifically. Is this a separate authorization that you’re referring to?
