Caring.com Partnership Zip Code Updates - February 2026

Hi Everyone,

In October 2025, we narrowed our Caring.com partnership to our Priority Zip
list to improve Lead qualification. However, performance data shows that
this move significantly restricted our reach, resulting in a
lower-than-desired volume (100–150 Leads per month) and a subsequent dip in
Starts of Care.

To drive higher Lead flow and SOC volumes, *we are expanding our service
zip codes effective today*. We have prioritized zip code additions for
specific Focus Sites where we see the highest potential for immediate
growth.

Amanda Ominsky’s team of Lead Homecare Advisors will continue to manage all
incoming Leads to ensure consistency and speed-to-lead. We will monitor
lead volume over the coming weeks. If conversion remains strong and team
capacity allows, we will evaluate adding even more zip codes to the mix.
