Immediate Action Required – Mobility Fundamentals Training Compliance

Hi Team!

We must address the low compliance with tagging and uploading the Mobility
Fundamentals Training in WellSky for our new caregivers. From June 30 to
August 8, we hired 761 caregivers — but only *281 (37%) *have been properly
tagged in their WellSky profiles.

This is a critical training that ensures our caregivers are fully prepared
to provide safe, high-quality care. We need 100% completion.

Action Steps (Effective Immediately):

   1.

   Tag & Upload – For all new hires who have completed the Mobility
   Fundamentals Training, ensure the training tag is added to their WellSky
   profile and the assessment form is uploaded.
   2.

   Follow Up on Untrained Caregivers – Review the attached list and
   schedule any untrained caregivers for an upcoming orientation session so
   they can complete the training without delay.

The attachments include:

   -

   A PDF showing caregivers with the Compatibility Assessment tag.
   -

   A WellSky report from Tala for your reference.

We will be implementing a Tableau report for future compliance tracking,
but we cannot wait for that — this cleanup must be completed now.

Your immediate attention to this is essential to meeting our standards and
ensuring our clients receive the best care possible.
