Since we don’t have the corporate entities set up for the Canadian’s team, so legal bills and other corporate bills will be charged to location until GL team figured what is the correct steps to take regarding these bills.

 <https://homecareassistance.com/> I think a meeting would be good. I added Gerri, Diego, Brian and Daniel as this would be something that they would need to decide on. I am not sure where these expenses should hit (nor the Legal one in the other email chain) based on budget and any future instances where Canada incurs Corporate type expenses. I do think if the US location should incur the charge, then the intercompany makes sense, but I will let the others confirm.

I can say that similar to the Legal location the Record to Report location is not available to the HCA CAD subsidiary so you would not be able to code to that location/Subsidiary combination in the system. I will also follow up with the team for further clarification as these issues seem to be coming up recently
