If the client needs a physical letter sent, please place an x in column B.
10/14 - Ben will send out all emails on behalf of regions. Billing team
will send out physical letters to the addresses in the proofs to clients
signaled in column B. Please ensure all letters align to what you would

Hello all,We are in the closing stages of this pricing increase. As I

have a handful of edits that teams have requested that I am working through
tonight. From here these are the actions needed from your
teams:10/7-10/11 - Review of PDFs to provide any updates needed to your

regions are asked to send out the notices via Clearcare to their clients
(or via other avenues the business needs to make sure the client/their
representative receives the communication). Upon completion of sending,
please place an x in column A signaling this rate increase has been
communicated. If the client needs a physical letter sent, please place an x

addresses in the proofs to clients signaled in column B.From there, we will
set up a check in as we approach the effective date of 11/7.Please send a
