Please see the below summary by division for clients in need of attention due to missing or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our onboarding process. Also below is a breakdown of the over $68k open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with a start month in Dec-Jan 2025 who account for over $34k of these open balances. The deadline for February commissions is Friday March 7th, please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, and Jeannie Ortiz with any questions. ***Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	West Division currently has the largest open balance at over $50k in total with over $32K open for clients with start dates in Dec-Jan 2025 and has the largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 40.
*	East Division currently has the second largest open balance at over $13K in total with $0.00 open for clients with start dates in Dec-Jan 2025 and has the second largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 22.

 

 

 

Approx $68k open balance due for clients with a missing/incomplete Client Consent Agreement or payment authorization forms. $34k open balance for clients with start dates in Dec-Jan 2025.

 



 

 

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference). You can also create a new temporary filter view for the Google Sheet which will allow you to adjust the filters on the Google Sheet using the icon that looks like a Google Sheet/Calculator.
