Kansas City Office Closure – Effective November 21, 2025

Hi All!

We will be sunsetting our Kansas City office effective 11/21/2025 and are
no longer accepting new business.  I have reached out to many of you on the
side but also wanted to send a formal announcement.

All existing clients and caregivers have been directly informed of this
transition. We will continue to provide services and full support to
current clients through November 21, 2025, to ensure a smooth and
respectful transition.  No new clients or cases will be accepted moving
forward.  The intake team has been given 3 alternate homecare companies to
refer to.

Nest Steps:

   -

   Salesforce Zip Codes: Remove all zip codes associated with the Kansas
   City office location.
   -

   Notify the Intake Team: LHA's should close all Kansas City opportunities
   and note that this office is no longer accepting new business and refer to
   the 3 provided homecare companies.
   -

   Website Update: Remove Kansas City as an available service location.
   -

   Marketing Allocations: Eliminate any marketing allocations tied to the
   Kansas City market.
   -

   Forward mail to our St. Louis location:  12825 Flushing Meadows Drive
   Suite 220 Town and Country, MO 63131 (Madonna is already working on this)

   Forward phone lines to our St. Louis office on 11/21/2025: 314.863.8989

I appreciate your partnership and attention to these updates. If you
receive any questions or inquiries related to the Kansas City office,
please direct them to myself at this time.  Please also forward to anyone
that I may have missed on this communication.
