Re: HCA files

Hi Matt and Angie,

Just to continue our conversation from our call earlier this week. We are
looking for documents from Schedule B of the partner agreement. We
typically do not accept HCA's.

Before onboarding, we ask our all agency partners for a minimum of 3 files
(PSW, RPN, or RN). This is just to make sure we're on the same page on
requirements. Please let me know if you have any questions on required
documents. Unfortunately the ones that were sent over weren't complete to
Schedule B.

Any RPN or RN is accepted, as long as they can work without
restrictions under CNO.
