Employee agreement (Quebec)

Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for the templates.

Here are further questions:

  1.  Can you confirm that the Employment agreement template you provided us is used for all the non-caregiver employees? If not, please provide the other templates.
  2.  Are the templates of an employment agreement and the Offer letter completed by someone in Quebec or outside Quebec? The instructions given in red being in English, your answer will help us determinate whether it is in conformance or not.
  3.  Is it possible for you to add the following item in the section "XII. General of the Employment agreement"(English version only): "This Agreement is available in French and in English.  This agreement is drawn up in English at the express wish of the parties."
If possible to do so, there would be no need to send simultaneously both French and English versions at the same time.

  1.  Is it possible for you to add the same item to the Terms and conditions of the Offer letter pursuing the same purpose? (English version only).
