Hi Tim,
I'm sorry this is just getting to you, it was in my drafts box. I hope you
had a smooth flight back home!
After reviewing the spreadsheet that was sent out, there are a few issues
with the referral accounts that were designated for GM.
Wexner Heritage Village is a RevOps account, our HCL does not use that
account; instead documents all Wexner HeritageVillage leads under the
Creekside account that she is the owner of. These are the same account with
the same contacts.
After researching and getting a call back, Ripple Life Planning is no
longer in business, so this is not an account that can be used.
Attorney Joe Ryan died, his practice was not passed on to another attorney
that I have been able to find through research.
Westminster Thurber has a location in Columbus OH but the clients on this
particular account are not located in the Columbus area, we have not done
any business with them. This is a facility that does
accept Medicaid/Medicare and most of their population would not be
financially qualified.
OhioHealth Home Health is a RevOps account but it is a broad healthcare
system, our HCL breaks referrals down by locations within Ohiohealth and
documents that way. This is an account that she actively works with.
IKOR/Melanie Hanson is a RevOps account but all the contacts listed under
this account belong to our HCL.
OSU Hospital is another health system that our HCL is actively working
with, she uses the Ohio State Hospital Wexner account.
It seems like we have accounts here in Columbus with multiple
Saleforce profiles. I think that instead of using the RevOps accounts Jen
may have created her own with a different name when she has gotten a
referral.
Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.
Thanks,
