Hi Tim The slowdown we saw in January came from a tough mix of circumstances. We lost six clients due to death, and one of our staffing contracts wrapped up around the same time. Since March, I’ve been flagging the drop in inbound calls, and on top of that, the provincial transition of CDHC to a new delivery model has slowed things down further, as clients wait for their approval letters. Right now, I'm focused on rebuilding momentum. For November and December, 1) Increasing our Google AdWords budget to help drive more online leads. 2) Strengthening our radio campaign 3) Revamping and sending out postcards twice before Christmas to re-engage the community. 4) Chris, our HCL, is now in the field, and I expect that he will bring in at least one new start of care in November. With these efforts, combined with increasing my activity and our typically strong December performance, I’m hopeful that we’ll start to see solid growth by the end of 2025.
