Hi team,

Please see attached for the updated report.

Just a note on actions, the only lines that do not need any follow-up with
teams are on the assessment tab that say, "Started service." Those that did
not convert or who have been deactivated (assessment and post contract
tabs, respectively) should get follow up around if it could have been
avoided. You can think of these as learning opportunities. These are red in
the report. The "Still active to convert" are the highest priority for
follow-up because they may still result in new clients, but they are
stalled for whatever reason.

By using the opportunity link, you can also go straight to the record to
see if there is anything to be gleaned from their various notes and
follow-ups.

Finally, please note any confusion or friction points that arise, because
as a beta report, we will want to work as many of those out before
automation.
