RE: CAD Amalgamation - Request for documentation for Ceridian [CWILSON-C.FID2144802]

Hi Tammi,

I assume Ceridian is asking for a copy of the certificate of amalgamation? That is issued upon amalgamation. We will provide that to you as soon as we have received it in the new year.

I don’t expect Ceridian wants to see the draft documents that will give effect to the amalgamation (i.e. the documents TheKey will be signing). That would be highly unusual.

Ceridian made Germaine aware that they will need a copy of the amalgamation / incorporation documents as soon as they are available. The documents do not need to be fully executed as that will likely be too late in the process.

Do you have an ETA of when we can expect this documentation so Germaine can set expectations?
