The looking for work question in the Caregiver Connect app is presented  
until a response is recorded at which time it is then presented again every  
14 days. If the Caregiver selects yes, they are then presented an optional  
screen where they can select shift preferences. This is a daily report that  
reports the responses that were recorded. The primary purpose of this  
report is to identify caregivers actively looking for work.
