Hi Monica,



Following up on this. Was Wellsky able to make any progress over the
weekend? I’m sure you’re aware of the prep that’s gone into this conversion
by the Finance teams as well as messaging to impacted CAD customers. We
need to push our absolute hardest to have Wellskey get this remedied asap
or there will need to be a ton of re-work and an impact on customer
experience.

Wellsky is still working on the issue. There is no ETA at this time.



*Billing: *Since we will not have Canadian data available in the data lake
today, we are sending the US data to Netsuite now.

*Analytics Portal / Tableau Reports: *SoC, billed hours, revenue and other
metrics relying on Clearcare data are missing yesterday's totals.

   - ETA to have reports refreshed for US is 1 hour
   - ETA for Canadian data is 4 hours

*Billing: *Files sent to Netsuite this morning are missing data. We will
resend once Wellsky has provided the Canadian data.



*Payroll:* This should not affect payroll.



I will send out an update when I have more information. Please reach out to
