● Interest in cluster care for Heritage Place that doesn’t currently
have any support as they are a zero care community and the home care
company that does their med administration won’t do any cluster care.
● Was able to sponsor entertainment for Chartwell Waterford’s open
house and met all the key managers.
● Sponsored entertainment for Tansley Woods Christmas Bazaar. Was able
to attend and meet some key managers

● Continuing to expand connections, however, still nurturing current
relationships
● Still trying to get into some other key communities like V!VA
Oakville and Chartwell Oakville. Not able to break through.
● Misconceptions about us only being staffing which is why some aren’t
meeting with HCL as they have strict instructions not to work with staffing
agencies except for specific ones. Go in with the conversation of 1:1 right
off the get go so they will meet with HCL.
* Pipeline Health:*
· 9 opportunities – significantly improved from last week. Please take
ownership in improving the conversion %. Bring up in the pipeline meeting
tomorrow on the need for proper documentation. We noticed that there were 3
clients in pipeline trend, who had been assessed and no next steps had been
assigned.
