Good morning Nat

Apologies for the delay in my reply. The possibility of a strike last week by Air Canada put things on hold as there are no viable Porter flights available unless we were to extend the trip to 3 days. I am looking at booking for the end of next week - Thursday to Friday for example. I will keep you posted today I promise!

On another note, Sugas and I were at a Wine & Cheese event at a retirement residence I have contacts at and during the evening it was brought to my attention that they are offering service to their residents that is very similar to Lifeguard called Amber. Not sure if you were aware of it but I wanted to put it on your radar just in case. I will speak to my contact and get more info. Obviously there is a potential to get into retirement communities which is huge!

YTD Opportunities - I am planning on extracting the lost deals and emailing them something similar to what we sent to the current clients but geared more towards Pre-Care.

The active client list - I worked with Joey to go through the MTL list. We needed to have the individual contact name's (family member) that I could address them in the email to make it more personal. I sent approximately 30 last week, but did not have a reply, so I wanted to get your approval (changes listed below) to simplify the wording and specifically mention fall detection. I think that may spark more interest.

I would like to find the magic recipe that works before sending to everyone. I do plan on replicating this in all the districts as soon as possible.
