NEW Mind Fit Series Hub on Workplace!

As a follow-up to last week's call featuring Dr. Shadi Gholizadeh, Director of Memory Care Programs, and Jen Muskat, Director of National Partnerships, we have created a new Mind Fit Series Hub on Workplace here (https://thekey.workplace.com/work/knowledge/1358812421351003) .

Right now we have the first series with handouts as well as the marketing flyer and Mind Fit Series Case Study/Success story. We are continuing to build this out as quickly as possible--so stay tuned!

Celebrate your Aging Life Care Managers and Add Value to their Business!

Let's continue the positive momentum with ALCMs, understanding their pain points and how we can help add value to their business and their clients.

Here are some ways to celebrate our GCM partners and boost awareness around the service that they offer:
* Co-present at one or more of your SLCs where they'd like to get in front of the residents and staff. * Spotlight the GCMs you work with closely on LinkedIn! Recognize their hard work, passion, and dedication to their clients, profession, and community at large. + Care Manager Name
+ Title
+ Organization
+ Headshot
* Invite them into the office to do a Client Case Review with the team. Go over the more complex cases and have a few clients identified who could benefit from GCM oversight.
* Take your GCMs to lunch to show your appreciation! If they attended the conference, use this as an opportunity to hear how it went, understand their goals for the second half of the year, and discuss how we can better partner to serve their clients and vice versa
