Hello Tim and Sandra,
I have analyzed the offer #2025-0061. Here is a summary:
*
Need: Intensive supervision, activities of daily living and activities of domestic life;
*
Clientele: Users with significant loss of autonomy related to aging (reduced cognitive functions, behavioral problems and reduced physical abilities);
*
Region: Sherbrooke;
*
Scheduling of human resources entirely under the responsibility of the service provider;
*
Intensive supervision services must be provided 7 days a week, during the day, evening and night;
*
The number of hours of service per week is a maximum of 550 hours per week, which represents approximately 14 full-time employees;
*
The provider's resources working with users must be able to write and speak functional French;
*
The service provider's human resources who work with users must have, among other things, the following training:
*
Up-to-date PDSB training;
*
CPR training with up-to-date certification;
*
Training to perform tasks related to activities of daily living;
*
Contract expires one (1) year from date of award, with option to renew for an additional one (1) year term;
*
Deadline for receipt of bids: July 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m;
*
The quotation must include an hourly rate. This is calculated on an annual basis of 28,600 hours. For example, for a quote of $50.00/hour, this represents $1.43 million.
I'll leave it to you to decide whether this is something interesting or not.
For my part, I'll be able to do what's necessary to gather the documentation and prepare an offer for July 29.
Just let me know!
Have a great day!
