Hi Sandra,

It was nice to see you and Team HCA on our FC intro Zoom meeting this morning.

I am sending you the attached Composition comit� de francisation HCA (2022-03-15) and kindly request that all the Francization Committee members approve and sign. Please let us know if there are any corrections to be made. We will need the Word document signed by all and returned to us before March 22nd.

Ideally all signatures should be on one form, but we understand that it may not be easy to do so due to reasons of logistics.
