Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your patience. We have PSW Ramandeep available to cover 8
a.m.–8 p.m tomorrow. while we continue working on finding another live-in
caregiver who can be part of your mom’s care team. Kristal has already
spoken with Ramandeep regarding Souad’s care plan to ensure a smooth
transition. Please see Ramandeep’s bio attached for your review. Nancy is
also aware of the PSW tomorrow.

Thanks again for your understanding, and I’ll keep you updated for the new
live in PSW.
