Hi All,
As a result of incorrect data sent from ClearCare to TheKey again this morning, some shifts are missing from the Caregiver Connect App. The engineering team is aware of the issue and is working urgently to manually add the missing shifts. Currently about 70% of shifts for the next 30 days have been reloaded.
Please contact your caregivers directly to confirm any upcoming shifts are still included within their schedule. We will let you know of any updates as we have them."
