In the future, we can definitely discuss coverage and having another recruiter pick up the slack when one of the Canadian recruiters is out on PTO for more than a few days. I did speak with Veronique about this during our 1:1 last week and her read was that the situation was stable and did not require additional coverage, aside from Chandani covering for her regarding urgent issues when she is out.
