I am reviewing the onboarding documents for our client, Kristina Rankin, and have noticed a few issues: 1. The ACH provided on the Consent Agreement does not belong to either the client or the signor. 2. The POA provided is for healthcare purposes only and does not give the agent authority to sign off on someone else's financial account. We will need an updated CCA with the owner of the trust, George Briner, listed as the Responsible Party on the form and George's signature present.
